Uncontrollable feelings of lust have overtaken. Cannot speak, except to say: We Are Handsome. Australian lycra one-pieces, available at Opening Ceremony. Horses. Postage stamps. Want.

Swim, Shoes & Sexy Time

What girl doesn't love Phillip Lim? His dresses are forgiving, statement-making pieces that are perfect for day or cocktail, and fall into the category of "affordable luxury". No issues there. And now, he's branching out. Swimwear, shoes and sexy lingerie are all in the cards for his 3.1 Phillip Lim line: the sorta retro-fab swimwear called 3.1 Phillip Lim Initial is available now in three styles, while lingerie has launched in his own stores this May and everywhere else next Spring (or eBay before that -- spring next year 'tis a long time to wait, goshdarnit). There's five looks to his lingerie collection, which, like his main line, takes simple and easy-to-wear silhouettes and punches them up with girly embellishments.

The shoes, sadly, are probably the one part I won't be drooling over -- mostly flats and wedges, and a bit funkier/punkier than his dresses, from the sample photos. I get the idea though, pairing frilly confections with tougher footwear, I guess. I wonder if he'll use them in his shows, too? That would be a shame, given that the Louboutin Dillians pictured below first appeared to the public (I think) in one of his shows. And they. are. DIVINE. Is it just me or are those flat versions on the swimsuit models?

Itsy Bity Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot...

It's officially hot enough to hit the beach, and although it's taking a bit longer than usual to get into bikini shape this year, online swimsuit shopping is a great solution, because the swimsuits always look fabulous on the Victoria's Secret models...

Of course, some of these specimens seem perfectly fine from a fashion vantage point, but fall apart when it comes to practicality, unless you want a T-shaped tan line on your back, or a curvy C on your stomach... The racerback is really hot though.

Below are some friendlier bandeau tops: best friend to frequent tanners but not great if you're top heavy, unfortunately. Yeah ladies, you win some, you lose some.

I'm needing this with the bottom in white. White bikinis are a must-have in every beach babe's arsenal.

I like the Burberry-ness of this. So Hamptons, so chic.

The white string? 'Nuff said.

Va-Va Vargas

Always loved the whole pin-up girl thing so was kind of excited when one of our regular readers suggested a post about Varga Lounge, which is a new bar/lounge/hideout in Soho inspired by the Vargas-girl era. The sharp hues and kitschy decor make me want to kit my house out in tawdry nude silhouettes... The lamp is just about the most adorable thing you could put on a side table and what can I say about the mobile? It's a mobile, for crying out loud, an object whose purpose is to entertain crib-bound babies, and it features naughty and gymnastically fantastic cut-outs of some very buxom babes! Too fab.

Since May Day is creeping up, Hong Kong's answer to Labour Day, we're getting a long weekend, and I'm going to throw a serious fit at the weather gods if they inflict another rainy weekend on us. It's not fair when the sun shines Monday to Friday, and then the rain clouds come out to play. It's called SUNday for a reason. And fun in the sun calls for a new suit, va-va-voom! When the body is back in fighting shape, these will do very well. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
