Giving Thanks
Thanksgiving is always one of the most underrated holidays in Hong Kong and I'm delighted to hear that the Four Seasons is not one to neglect this festive event. The Lounge will be offering a Thanksgiving lunch and dinner menu on Thursday November 26th. Speaking of underrated, I always feel that The Lounge is also the forgotten sibling at the hotel. I'm not saying that Caprice and Lung King Heen don't deserve their many accolades, (in fact, I just had the most marvelous lunch at Caprice and it's not just because of the company. Check out the Wagyu Beef Shoulder in Red Wine if you are ever there. Utterly divine!) but the burger at The Lounge is also wonderful. If you are in the mood to celebrate Turkey season, check out the menu after the cut.
